Sample Bistro is a family-owned neighborhood kitchen in Anytown, CA. We set out to build a place where you can unwind and enjoy fresh, hearty, made-from-scratch meals — and that is still the whole idea.

Nothing sits. Everything is made from scratch daily, and the kitchen runs hot from open to close. Guests come from all over the neighborhood for that reason — you can taste the difference.
